This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. *** ### Summary * The App is free and does **not** require account registration. * We do **not** operate our own servers to store your personal profile. * The App uses **Google AdMob** to show ads, **Firebase Analytics** to understand app usage, and **Google Play / Apple App Store** for in-app purchases. * Some data is stored **locally on your device** (settings, play count, saved lists). * In certain regions (for example the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), you may see a **consent message** before personalized ads are shown. *** ### Information We Collect #### Information collected automatically When you use the App, the following third-party services may collect or receive information: | Type | Examples | Purpose | | --------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------- | | **Device & app data** | Device model, OS version, app version, language, general region | App functionality, analytics, ad delivery | | **Advertising identifiers** | Android Advertising ID, iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) where permitted | Show and measure ads | | **Usage data** | Game mode used, feature interactions, ad load/show events, update channel | Improve the App and ad performance | | **Purchase status** | Whether "Remove Ads" was purchased | Honor your purchase and disable ads | | **Consent choices** | Ad personalization consent (where required by law) | Legal compliance (GDPR / UK GDPR / similar) | We do **not** knowingly collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise GPS location through the App itself. #### Information stored on your device The App stores some data locally using on-device storage (for example AsyncStorage), including: * App settings (auto/manual mode, finger style, game mode) * Free plays remaining * Saved name lists you create * Whether ads were removed via purchase * Notification and feedback prompt preferences This local data stays on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall the App. *** ### How We Use Information We use information to: * Display banner, interstitial, app open, and rewarded ads * Measure ad performance and prevent ad abuse * Analyze app usage to fix bugs and improve features * Process and restore in-app purchases ("Remove Ads") * Show consent messages where required by law * Send optional re-engagement notifications (only if you grant notification permission) *** ### Third-Party Services The App uses the following third-party services, which process data under their own privacy policies: #### Google AdMob (Advertising) Google AdMob may collect or receive device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction data, and related information to serve and measure ads. * Google Privacy Policy: * How Google uses data in advertising: #### Google Firebase Analytics (Analytics) Firebase Analytics collects app usage events (for example app launch, game completed, ad lifecycle events) to help us understand how the App is used. * Firebase documentation: #### Google User Messaging Platform (Consent) In regions where required, Google’s UMP SDK displays a consent message and stores your advertising consent choices. #### Google Play / Apple App Store (In-App Purchases) If you purchase **Remove Ads**, payment is processed by Google or Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. We only store that ads were removed on your device. * Google Play: * Apple Privacy: *** ### Advertising and Your Choices #### Personalized vs non-personalized ads In some countries and regions, you will see a consent popup before personalized ads are shown. You can: * Accept or decline personalized advertising (where offered) * Change your choice later via your device settings or any in-app privacy options we provide #### Opt out of personalized ads on your device * **Android:** Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization * **iOS:** Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (and/or Apple Advertising settings) #### Remove Ads purchase You may purchase **Remove Ads** inside the App to disable advertising. This does not disable analytics unless separately configured. *** ### Notifications The App may ask for notification permission so it can send optional reminders. Notifications are **not required** to use the App. You can deny or disable notifications in your device settings at any time. *** ### Children’s Privacy The App is intended for a general audience and is **not directed at children under 13** (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps. *** ### Data Retention * **On-device data** remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the App. * **Analytics and ad data** is retained by Google according to Google’s policies and your consent choices. * We do not maintain a separate user account database. *** ### Data Security We rely on industry-standard security practices provided by Google, Apple, and your device operating system. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Because most data is processed by third-party providers, their security measures also apply. *** ### International Users If you are located in the **EEA, UK, or Switzerland**, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including: * Access to information about processing * Withdraw consent for personalized ads * Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority To exercise rights related to Google’s processing, see: *** ### Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or third-party services.
